19 Royal Canadian Air Cadet is a programme for youth aged 12-18 in the Stratford area. The goal of the programme is to instill in cadets good citizenship and leadership skills, promote physical fitness, and stimulate an interest in aviation and the air element of the Canadian Forces. the Canadian Cadet Programme is the largest federally sponsored youth program in Canada.
